Happy New Year everybody! Boy Howdy, 2019 was rough for me. Between moving three times, switching jobs twice, one hospital stay for me, and two hospital stays my mother (who was on life support at one point), a break-up, and the death of my 18 year old cat, I was more than ready to put 2019 behind me. 2020 has already been so much better for me, and I'm finally at a point where I feel I can get back into the groove of things. I went a long time without writing or drawing because I was just so burnt out from life. But I've recently gotten back into it, and I'd forgotten how happy it makes me. Whose 'sadorable' now, punk? I know I said I was done with this like a hundred years ago, but I made a small follow up and now I really am done. I MIGHT revisit this later, as I have a few more pages I COULD make, but I would really rather wait and see how I feel later. And I really want to focus on other projects. Someone on Tumblr asked me my opinion of the episode, and the kiss. Here it is. My opinion is the same opinion I’ve have for a long time now, and that is that April is really uncomfortable by the blunt forwardness of both her suitors. In the beginning, with the music box, it was adorable and sweet but then he just stood there and looked at her. From her perspective, it was weird and uncomfortable, so she left. Other people in the fandom are losing their shit saying that April ruined Donnie’s character development by kissing him, and I could not disagree more.
